Dr. Hemalatha Panickaer/Dr. Vasudeva Panicker

She did the MBBS at Medical College,Trivandrum and has post graduate qualifications in ENT and Paeditrics.She has worked briefly in the UK where she took MRCP in Paediatrics.She later followed her mother’s footsteps and joined the Kerala Health Services.She has recently retired and currently works in the Private Hospital started by her husband and herself at Kodungallore.The Hospital is named after her father and is called E.Gopalakrishna Menon Memorial Mother and Child Hospital.

Dr.Hemalatha married Dr.Vasudeva Panicker in 1981.Dr.Panicker holds Post graduate qualifications in Anaesthetics and Gynaecology.

They have two sons.

1.Shyam krishnan (26-04-1982-)

Has done MTech at the Indian Institute of Science,Bangalore.Currently works in a IT company in Bangalore. Married to Ashwathy in 2012.Ashwathy is a dentist.They both live in Bangalore

2.Vijaykrisnan(03-03-1987)

Did MBBS at JIPMER,Pondycherry and has a postgraduate degree in Gynaecology.Presently works with his parents at their Hospital.He is getting married to Krishna on the 8th of December,2013.Krishna is a final year medical student .
